Direct Placement:

 

Affords our clients the ability to select candidates from the top ten percent of the workforce including unemployed as well as employed candidates seeking a career change. All candidates referred are personally interviewed, prescreened, tested, referenced, and have their criminal background checked before being sent out to interview. In addition, our staff will visit the client’s office location to make sure that we find that perfect fit. This saves the client time and money by only interviewing candidates that match their specific job requirements. A service fee is contingent upon an offer by the client and acceptance by the candidate. 

 

Temp-to-Hire Placement: 

 

Offers clients the ability to observe work performance, dependability, attitude and motivation before making a definite commitment to hire. Clients receive the same value of Direct Placement but without the immediate commitment to the candidate and pay our service fee out over a period of time. This placement option works well for those clients that prefer to “Try before you Buy” method of hiring. Temp-to-Hire Placement also gives candidates the opportunity to observe the corporate culture and position in the working environment. A competitive hourly rate is established for the client to pay during the hiring period. This saves the client time and money by having the ability to choose candidates who meet or exceed skill parameters and who are available to begin work immediately. 

 

Temporary Placement:

 

The same selection techniques used for Direct and Temp-to-Hire Placement are used with our Temporary Placement service. Our focus is to share the responsibility of profitability, growth and problem solving with our clients to determine the best value in quality, service and price. A Temporary Placement service charge is billed hourly and invoiced weekly based on the skills, experience and expertise required of the candidates sent to perform the client’s specific job duties. We provide world class service around every corner with particular attention to detail and professionalism. We are the premier provider of human resources to the Waste, Recycling and Waste to Energy industry.
